摘要
物流企业管理是借助网络的虚拟化,搭建起来的一个网商平台与顾客之间的桥梁。在物流企业管理中,受虚拟市场的影响,物流服务的提供并不会直接与顾客接触,导致双方信息获取的不对称。《反不正当竞争法》针对市场的不正当经营进行了相关的法律约束,对物流企业而言,这种约束对于某些其在虚拟世界中的"虚假宣传"的公司能起到相应制约。
Logistics enterprise management is the virtualization of the network,built up an online business platform and the bridge between customers.In the management of logistics enterprises,affected by the virtual market,the provision of logistics services does not directly contact with customers,leading to the asymmetry of information acquisition between the two sides.The Anti-Unfair Competition Law imposes relevant legal constraints on the unfair operation of the market.For logistics enterprises,such constraints can play a corresponding role in the"false propaganda"of some companies in the virtual world.
