校企合作下高职物流管理人才培养实践研究

Talent Training Practice Pesearch on Higher Vocational Logistics Management under the Cooperation of School and Enterprise

近年来,我国电商平台崛起,取得快速的进步与发展,物流管理专业也成为高职教育的重要专业。不过当前高职教育在物流管理方面还存在明显不足,人才培养模式存在很多问题,难以满足实际发展需求。文中深入分析了我国高职院校在校企合作模式下,人才培养方面存在的主要问题,并提出了相对应的改进策略,期望能够解决校企合作人才培养方面存在的诸多不足。

In recent years,my country’s e-commerce platform has risen and achieved rapid progress and development,and logistics management has become an important profession in higher vocational education.However,the current higher vocational education still has obvious shortcomings in logistics management,and there are many problems in the talent training model,which cannot meet the actual development needs.The article analyzes in depth the main problems of talent training in my country’s higher vocational colleges under the school-enterprise cooperation model,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,hoping to solve many shortcomings in the school-enterprise cooperation talent training.
