摘要
以物流运筹学为例,探索基于数据驱动学习的实践教学和创新能力培养。坚持数据建模为定量决策服务理念和助推理论,把Matlab实用技术嵌入教学设计过程,从内容专题化、方法多样化、线上线下教学相互融合、能力为中心的多元化考核等角度,加强实践教学和创新能力培养。厚植物流运筹学的行业基础、信息化程度和实用价值。实践表明,数据驱动学习的实践教学设计熏陶了科学决策技能和创新能力,催生了教学之美,提升了学生职业竞争力。
Data processing method and technique acts an important role in fostering applied logistics engineering professionals.Taking logistic operations research course design as an example,this paper explored practice teaching reform as well as innovative ability honing based on data-driven learning approach.Directed by nudge theory and the principle that data and modeling should be served for quantitative decision,our practice teaching reform inserted Matlab skill into course design.Furthermore,to consolidate practice teaching as well as honing innovative ability,our reform has optimized several key areas,such as rearranging course content into a series of special topics,offering multiplicity pedagogies,introducing mobile internet teaching and learning instrument,enhancing ability-centered and multidimensional-oriented test,etc.It compensated insufficiencies of traditional operational research course in areas of logistics industrial specialization,informatization,and practical application.Student feedback confirmed that practice teaching with data-driven learning approach honed their decision making skill and innovative ability,kindled teaching aesthetics and prompted career competitive ability.
