摘要
中国是全球蜂蜜第一大生产国和出口国,产量和出口量均占全球五分之一以上。入世以来,中国蜂蜜凭借极具竞争力的出口价格优势,贸易规模不断扩大。中国蜂蜜进口规模相对较小,蜂蜜贸易常年维持贸易顺差,且进口价格远高于世界平均水平及主要进口国。中国蜂蜜进出口市场集中度均较高,出口集中在欧盟和日本两大市场,进口集中来源于新西兰、泰国和澳大利亚三大市场。
China is the wor ld's largest producer and exporter of honey,accounting for more than one fifth of the world's production and export.Since China's accession to the WTO,China's honey trade has been expanding with its competit ive export price advantage.China's honey import scale is relatively smal1l,honey trade a Iways maintains a trade surplus,and the import price is far higher than the world average and the main importing countries.China's honey import and export markets are highly concentrated,with exports concentrat-ed in the EU and Japan,and imports concentrated in New Zea land,Thailand and Australia.
