摘要
现代医院管理制度要求医院建立适应医疗行业特点的薪酬制度及考核体系,实现管理科学、运行高效、监管有力的体制。本文分享某大型三级综合医院落实医改要求建立基于以资源为基础的相对价值比率(Resource Based Relative Value Scale,RBRVS)及国家公立医院绩效考核的,以工作量、工作质量、核心能力、成本控制为主要分配要素的薪酬制度,将国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标分解融入到现有的绩效考核体系中,并通过信息化手段建立全面绩效管理平台的实践经验。
Modern hospital management system requires hospitals to establish a salary system and assessment system adapted to the characteristics of medical industry,so as to realize a system with scientific management,efficient operation and powerful supervision.This paper shares that a large grade-3 comprehensive hospital should establish a salary system based on RBRVS and performance assessment of national public hospitals,which takes workload,work quality,core competence and cost control as the main elements of distribution by integrating the performance appraisal indicators of national grade-3 public hospitals into the existing performance appraisal system and establishing a comprehensive performance management platform of information technology.
