Life Cycle Management of Hospital Medical Facilities

目的构建一套医院医疗设施全寿命周期理论下的管理信息系统,以提高医院对医疗设施的管理能力。方法针对座谈、调研收集的问题,按照全寿命理论进行划分,即:规划设计、使用维管、统筹再利用这三个阶段。运用软件开发的技术,设计一套B/S构架的医疗设施管理信息系统,提供良好的用户界面,以此提高医疗设施的使用效率。结果通过实证研究,以四个模块为抓手,对照全寿命周期管理理论,分别解决医疗设施在规划设计、使用维管、统筹再利用中存在的问题,基本达到本课题目标。结论通过2年时间的测试,本课题基于全寿命周期管理的医疗设施管理系统,基本达到预期目标,验证了本课题具有一定的可行性与实用性。

Objective:To construct a management information system based on the whole life cycle theory of hospital medical facilities in order to improve the management ability of hospital medical facilities.Method:The problems collected from the discussion and investigation were divided into three stages:planning and design,utilization and maintenance,and the overall reuse according to the whole life theory.By using the software development technology,a set of B/S structure of medical facility management information system is designed to provide a good user interface and improve the efficiency of medical facilities.Result:Through empirical research,the four modules are taken as the starting points and the whole life cycle management theory is compared to solve the problems existing in the planning and design,use and maintenance,and the overall reuse of medical facilities respectively.The objectives of this topic have been basically achieved.Conclusion:After 2 years of testing,the medical facility management system based on the whole life cycle management has basically achieved the expected goal,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of this topic to some extent.
