签约模式下家庭医生助理岗位特点与团队配置优化研究

Research on the Position Characteristics and Team Allocation Optimization of Family Doctor Assistant under Contract Mode

目的调研家庭医生助理岗位特点、服务项目及团队配置优化,提升团队服务能力。方法采用立意抽样法邀请上海市闵行AQ社区管理者和家庭医生11名、签约居民40名访谈;对家庭医生54名和助理39名问卷调查,调研助理制度实践、服务项目、团队建设等情况。结果探索中的闵行社区家庭医生助理制度无统一规范和固定服务模式;大多为女性、护理学、初中级职称;服务内容和路径多种多样,要求高;签约居民对助理服务满意度高、获得感强。结论家庭医生助理岗位具有复杂性、社会性、专业性等特点;助理为家庭医生减负,提升了服务效率和效益;探索其他卫生技术人员加入团队可能和优势,有利于构建团队良性高效运作模式。

Objective:To investigate the post characteristics,service items and team configuration optimization of family physician assistant and improve team service capability.Method:11 community managers and family doctors,and 40 contracted residents from AQ Community of Minhang,Shanghai were invited to the interview by means of intentional sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 54 family doctors and 39 assistants to investigate the practice of assistant system,service projects and team building,etc.Result:There is no uniform standard and fixed service mode in Minhang community family doctor assistant system.Most of them are female with nursing,junior and intermediate titles;The service contents and paths are varied and the requirements are high;The contracted residents have a high degree of satisfaction with assistant services and a strong sense of gain.Conclusion:The post of family doctor assistant is characterized by complexity,sociality and specialization.Assistants reduce the burden on family doctors and improve the service efficiency.Exploring the possibility and advantages of other health technicians joining the team is conducive to the construction of a benign and efficient operation model of the team.
