医学中心护理质量同质化管理的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Nursing Quality Homogenization Management in Medical Centers

目的探讨护理同质化管理对解放军总医院下属医学中心护理质量的影响。方法新的解放军总医院通过充分调研统一标准、组织培训强化同质、专家帮扶定期督导、护理质量持续整改等多措并举推动护理质量的同质化管理,统计分析同质化管理1年护理质量合格率和患者满意度的前后差异。结果护理质量同质化管理实施后,临床护理质量与患者满意度显著优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论护理同质化管理有助于完善质量管理体系,推动护理质量持续改进;有助于开展优质服务,提高患者满意度;有助于健全培训机制,提升护理人员综合素质。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing homogenization management on nursing quality in medical center affiliated to PLA General Hospital.Method:The new PLA General Hospital has promoted the homogenized management of nursing quality by fully investigating and unifying standards,organizing training to strengthen homogeneity,regularly supervising with expert help,and continuously rectifying nursing quality,and statistically analyzed the differences between the qualified rate of nursing quality and patient satisfaction before and after homogenized management for one year.Result:After the implementation of nursing quality homogenization management,the clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction were significantly better than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing homogenization management is helpful to perfect the quality management system and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality,which contributes to the development of quality services,and improves patient satisfaction,the training mechanism and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
