广西某医院双向转诊信息平台建设实践与体会

Practice and Experience in the Construction of Two-way Referral Information Platform in a Hospital in Guangxi

医院自主研发双向转诊信息网络平台开展转诊工作,以此推动分级诊疗制度建设。通过在医联体成员单位开展平台转诊试点工作,一定程度上规范了转诊流程、优化转诊绿色通道,缓解了基层医院转诊的压力,改善患者就医体验,解决了转诊记录不完善、数据缺失等问题。各级医院应重视双向转诊的宣传工作、提高双向转诊意识,充分发挥医保杠杆作用,优化医保一站式结算功能、优化平台转诊功能,实现"基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动"的分级诊疗模式。

The hospitals independently developed a two-way referral information network platform to carry out the referral work,so as to promote the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Through the pilot work of platform referral in the member units of the medical association,the referral process has been standardized to a certain extent,the green channel of referral has been optimized,the pressure of referral in grassroots hospitals has been relieved,the patient experience has been improved,and the problems such as the incomplete referral records and missing data have been solved.Hospitals at all levels should attach importance to the publicity of the two-way referral,improve the awareness of two-way referral,give full play to the leverage of medical insurance,optimize the one-stop settlement function of medical insurance,optimize the platform referral function,and realize the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode of"first diagnosis at the grassroots level,two-way referral,separation of urgent treatment and slow treatment,and the linkage of upper and lower levels".
