摘要
对冷作模具钢材料的微型深槽加工工艺进行了研究。通过对材料组织成份、研磨过程中的砂轮选择、修整及工件切削性能进行分析,对不同转速、不同切削量等加工时工件各项参数进行比较,采取了相应的改进措施,优化了切削参数,保证了相关尺寸精度要求。
In this paper,the micro deep groove machining of cold working die steel is studied.Through the analysis of material composition,selection and dressing of grinding wheel and cutting performance of workpiece,and the comparision of various parameters of workpiece when machining with different rotation speed and cutting quantity,the corresponding improvement measures are taken to optimize cutting parameters and ensure relevant dimensional accuracy requirements.
