摘要 为了制得性能良好的吸附剂材料,本实验以氢氧化钾为活化剂,改用山楂树枝为碳源并通过一步炭化法制备得到用于分离CH_(4)、N_(2)的活性炭材料,以期提高对CH_(4)/N_(2)吸附分离性能。实验过程中通过考察不同KOH浓度对活性炭孔结构、表面性质及CH_(4)/N_(2)吸附分离性能的影响,并结合一系列表征手段探究样品对CH_(4)/N_(2)吸附分离性能的影响因素,确定最佳制备工艺及参数。 In order to get highly effective adsorbents used in adsorpsion and separation for CH_(4)/N_(2) mixtures,hawthorn-based activated carbon was prepared by one-step chemical activation using KOH as activator.The influences of KOH concentration on surface properties,porous structure and adsorption-separation capacity for CH_(4)/N_(2) mixtures were investigated by a series of characterization.Further,we explored the correlations between the adsorpsion-separation capacity for CH_(4)/N_(2) and the surface properties or porous structure on the activated carbon.And by the experiment,we hoped to prepare an activated carbon possessed higher adsorpsion capacities for CH_(4) while the CH_(4)/N_(2) selectivity was high too.
