轨道交通车轮用示温涂料制备与应用

Preparation and application of temperature indicatingcoating for rail transit wheels

摘要 介绍了一种在轨道交通车轮表面温度达到250℃~350℃时,漆膜表面颜色发生变化测量车轮受热程度的示温涂料,阐述了示温涂料变色机理、温变试验、涂装工艺操作要点以及涂层性能。 This paper introduces a kind of temperature indicating coating,which can measure the heating degree of wheel when the surface temperature of rail transit wheel reaches 250℃~350℃.The color change mechanism,temperature change test,key points of coating process operation and coating performance are described.
