摘要
水合肼在我国《地表水环境质量标准》(GB838-2002)中被列为集中式生活饮用水地表水源地80个特定项目之一。对对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法测定饮用水中的水合肼进行了探讨。目前测定水合肼的方法有对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法、糠醛衍生化-液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法、流动注射法等。其中,对二甲氨基苯甲醛直接分光光度法的仪器设备及操作最为简便。水合肼在酸性条件下,水样中的肼与对二甲氨基苯甲醛作用,生成黄色醌式结构的对二甲氨基苄连氨,比色定量。经实际验证,其精密度、准确度、检出限均能满足要求,适用于饮用水中水合肼的测定。
Hydrazine hydrate is listed in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB838-2002)as one of the 80 characteristic pollutants of drinking water sources.In this paper,the determination of Hydrazine hydrate in drinking water by p-dimethylbenzaldehyde spectrophotometry was discussed.The current methods for the determination of Hydrazine hydrate include p-dimethylbenzaldehyde spectrophotometry,furfural derivatives-liquid extraction-gas chromatography,and mobile injection method.Among them,the equipment and operation of direct spectrophotometry of dimethylbenzaldehyde are the most simple.Under acidic conditions,Hydrazine in the water sample reacts with 4-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde to produce p-dimethylaminic benzyl ammonia with a yellow quinoid structure.The concentration of Hydrazine hydrate in water was calculated by spectrophotometry.Through the actual verification,the precision,accuracy and MDL can meet the requirements so it’s suitable for the determination of Hydrazine hydrate in drinking water.
