摘要
硫化物作为水质监测的重要项目,由于其对水体生物和人体的危害而备受关注。旨在利用气相分子吸收光谱法对水中硫化物进行测定,并对检出限、精密度、准确度等进行研究。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.004 mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.1%~1.6%,加标回收率为87.5%~101%。满足质控要求。
Sulfideisconcerned extremely because of its toxic reaction for biology in water and human,which is an important project of water quality monitoring.In this paper,the determination of sulfide in water is by gaseous phase molecular absorption spectroscopy.At the same time,the detection limit,precision and accuracy of this method is researched deeply in this paper.The detection limit of this paper is 0.004 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is between 1.1% and 1.6%,and the standard recovery rate is between 87.5% and101%,indicating that the precision and accuracy of this method meet the requirements of quality control.
