摘要
以某集团公司甲醇项目为例,锅炉补水pH值正常,但炉水pH值偏低,由于其涉及的系统复杂,需根据工艺系统从除盐水系统、锅炉给水系统、冷凝液系统三个方面进行系统分析,分析结果表明,除盐水系统树脂捕捉器存在失效和冷凝液回用系统存在泄漏,致使给水系统树脂和COD两方面问题因素综合影响,导致炉水pH异常。
Taking methanol project of a group company as an example,the pH value of boiler water supply is normal,but the pH value of boiler water is low.Because of the complexity of the system,it is necessary to analyze the process system from three aspects:desalination system,boiler feed water system and condensate system.The results show that the resin trap of desalted water system is invalid and the condensate reuse system is leaking,which results in the comprehensive influence of resin and COD factors in the feed water system,which leads to the abnormal pH of furnace water.
