摘要
通过对硝酸铵造粒过程的分析,找出了造粒塔粘塔的原因,并采取相应措施,减少了造粒塔粘塔情况的发生,提高了装置的运行效率,降低了消耗。
Through the analysis of ammonium nitrate granulation process,the reasons for the sticking tower of the granulation tower are found out,and the corresponding measures are taken to reduce the occurrence of the sticking tower of the granulation tower,to improve the operation efficiency of the device and to reduce the consumption.
