摘要
长输管线在运营的过程中,为了保证能源输送能够安全、有效的进行,必须定期进行管道检查。目前管道检查使用漏磁技术是最成熟的方式,该方法通过漏磁检测器对管道在线进行检测,通过检测,能够准确判断出管道所存在的缺陷、缺陷的程度、缺陷的方位等诸多信息,从而防止发生事故。详细对管道漏磁检测进行介绍,并对管道内检的漏磁技术以及检测设备的组成进行了细致的分析,通过有限元方法,研究分析了管道存在缺陷的尺寸影响漏磁检测信号的程度,最终验证漏磁检测管道缺陷技术的实用性。
In order to ensure that the energy transmission can be carried out safely and effectively,pipeline inspection must be carried out regularly during the operation of long-distance pipeline.At present,the magnetic leakage technology is the most mature way for pipeline inspection.This method is to detect the pipeline online through the magnetic leakage detector.Through the detection,it can accurately judge the defects,the degree of defects,the location of defects and so on,so as to prevent accidents.The magnetic leakage detection of pipeline is introduced in detail,and the magnetic leakage technology and the composition of the detection equipment are analyzed in detail.Through the finite element method,The degree of influence of the size of pipeline defects on the magnetic leakage detection signal is studied and analyzed.Finally,the practicability of magnetic leakage detection pipeline defect technology is verified.
