增压机驱动轴端振值高报原因分析与解决措施 被引量:1

摘要 空分装置中增压机的平稳运行决定着后续工段的正常生产,而增压机的故障一直是行业内较为棘手的问题,其中增压机驱动轴端的振动过大问题最为典型。因此,为了保障整个关联工段的正常运行,解决增压机驱动轴端振动过大显得尤为重要。本文通过实际案例,系统的分析了增压机驱动轴端的振动原因,并制定出相应的解决方案,最终使增压机驱动轴端振值下降至32μm后平稳运行。 The smooth operation of the supercharger in the air separation unit determines the normal production of the subsequent section,and the failure of the supercharger has always been a difficult problem in the industry,among which the vibration of the shaft end of the supercharger drive is the most typical problem.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of the whole related section,it is very important to solve the excessive vibration of the shaft end driven by the supercharger.Based on the actual case,the vibration reason of the shaft end of the turbocharger drive is analyzed systematically,and the corresponding solution is worked out.Finally,the vibration value of the shaft end of the turbocharger drive decreases to 32μm and runs smoothly.
