霍尔辛赫选煤厂末煤系统节能改造研究

摘要 通过霍尔辛赫选煤厂课题的开展来改进传统的选煤厂末煤分选工艺设计存在的弊端,在同样分选效果的情况下,通过减少设备运行时间和台数,实现节能降耗,延长设备、配件、管道使用寿命,提高经济效益,为同类选煤厂或相关设计院提供有益借鉴。 Through the development of the project of Huo’er Xinhe Coal Preparation Plant,the disadvantages of the traditional coal separation process design were improved.Under the same separation effect,energy saving and consumption reduction was realized by reducing the running time and number of equipment,prolonging the service life of equipment,fittings and pipelines,improving economic benefits,and providing useful reference for similar coal preparation plants or related design institutes to provide useful reference for similar coal preparation plants or related design institutes.
