摘要
含氟工业废水除氟一直是废水处理行业重点关注的环保难题。通过对某公司产生的含氟废水处理工艺进行研究,采用钙盐沉淀法进行三级除氟,并通过沉淀池污泥回流以提高除氟效率、降低出水硬度,节约吨水处理成本。该处理工艺出水氟化物(以F-计)可达到5mg/L以下,满足环保排放要求。
Defluoridation of industrial wastewater containing fluoride has always been a key environmental problem in wastewater treatment industry.In this paper,through the study of a company produced fluoride wastewater treatment process,calcium salt precipitation method for three-stage fluoride removal,and through the sedimentation tank sludge reflux to improve the fluoride removal efficiency,reduce effluent hardness,save tons of water treatment costs.The effluent fluoride(measured by F-)of the treatment process can reach less than 5 mg/L,which meets the environmental discharge requirements.
