焦化工业产生的废水、废气中除含有高浓度的氨氮和芳香有机物质外,还有大量的挥发酚、二氧化硫和其他废气残留物,这些污染来源主要是原材料的生产和加工中产生的有机污染物。因此,污染源的综合管理首先必须从原材料生产开始。综合论述了清洁生产的主要内容和途径,并对清洁生产理念及其与环保、可持续发展之间的联系做出了深度阐述。希望清洁生产、节能减排的理念能更多的应用到我国焦化工业中,以实现经济、环境的可持续发展。

In addition to high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and aromatic organic substances,the waste water and waste gas produced by the coking industry also contain a large amount of volatile phenol,sulfur dioxide and other waste gas residues.These pollution sources are mainly organic pollutants generated in the production and processing of raw materials.So the comprehensive management of pollution sources must start with the production of raw materials.The article comprehensively discussed the main content and approaches of cleaner production,and made anexplanation of the concept of cleaner production and its relationship with environmental protection and sustainable development.It is hoped that the concepts of cleaner production,energy saving and emission reduction can be applied more to our country s coking industry in order to achieve sustainable economic and environmental development.
