在智慧法院建设背景下,全国各级人民法院高度依赖技术外包公司提供智能化数据信息服务,可以说大数据技术在人民法院的应用有着广阔的发展前景,但不可否认的是这也给人民法院的数据信息利用与安全带来了一定的隐患。文章以H省F县人民法院的数据信息利用与安全保护实践为样本,对数据信息收集环节、应用环节、公开环节中存在的隐患进行分析,并提出相应的数据信息利用与安全隐患的防控路径,以期对人民法院的数据信息利用与安全有所裨益。

In the context of smart court construction,people's courts at all levels across the country are highly dependent on technology outsourcing companies to provide intelligent data information services.The application of big data technology in courts has broad development prospects,but it is undeniable that this also brings some hidden dangers to the utilization and security of data and information in people's courts.The paper takes the data and information utilization and security protection practices of the People's Court of F County,H Province as a sample,analyzes the hidden dangers in the data information collection,application,and public links,and puts forward the corresponding prevention and control paths of data information utilization and security risks,in order to benefit the people's courts'data information utilization and security.
