摘要
针对四川广汉金雁花炮有限公司烟花爆竹硝化纤维素仓库火灾爆炸事故案例,还原事故发生经过,分析事故成因及其企业日常安全管理薄弱问题,并系统地介绍用于烟花爆竹生产的硝化纤维素的危险特性,从而探究硝化纤维素风险管控措施以及火灾爆炸事故状态下消防应急救援措施,对预防烟花爆竹企业火灾爆炸事故具有指导意义。
Aiming at a case of a warehouse fire and explosion accident caused by fireworks and firecrackers nitrocellulose,this paper restores the incident,analyzes the cause of the accident anrl the weak corporate safety management,and systematirally introduces the dangerous characteristics of using nitrocellulose in the firecrackers production.Therefore,exploring the risk control measures of nitrocellulose and the fire emergency rescue measures in ihe event of fire and explosion accidents have guiding significance for preventing fire and explosion accidents of fireworks and firecrackers enterprises.
