摘要 病例女,8岁,因"左侧眼眶及左侧颅中窝朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(Langerhans cell histiocytosis,LCH)术后复查",于2012年5月26日来我科行头部MRI平扫及增强检查,提示局部未见明显复发征象,垂体后叶高信号消失,垂体柄明显增粗并明显强化(图1,2)。临床给予化疗后,左侧额骨出现新发病灶并行手术刮除治疗。
