成都市养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱与社会支持的相关性及其影响因素

Correlation Between Frailty and Social Support and Its Influencing Factors of Elderly Hypertensive Patients in Elderly Care Institutions in Chengdu

目的:了解成都市养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱与社会支持现状,分析其相关性与影响因素,为促进健康老龄化提供参考。方法:于2019年9-12月采用随机抽样法,运用一般资料调查表、衰弱综合评估工具、社会支持评定量表对成都市4所养老机构的老年高血压患者进行调查。结果:共纳入347名养老机构老年高血压患者,衰弱总分为(56.45±11.20),社会支持总分为(39.36±8.07)。衰弱与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.954,P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、血压控制情况、合并慢性病数量、服药依从性、身体状况、社会支持为养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:成都市养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱发生率较高,应加强对养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱的干预,发挥社会支持的作用,提高其生命质量。

Objective:To investigate the current situation of frailty and social support for elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions in Chengdu,and to analyze their correlation and influencing factors,so as to provide references for promoting healthy aging.Methods:From September to December 2019,the random sampling method was adopted to investigate the elderly hypertensive patients in 4 elderly care institutions in Chengdu by using general data questionnaire,Comprehensive Frailty Assessment Instrument and Social Support Rating Scale.Results:A total of 347 elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions were enrolled.The total score of frailty was(56.45±11.20),and the total score of social support was(39.36±8.07).There was a negative correlation between frailty and social support(r=-0.954,P<0.01).The results of multivariate analysis showed that age,marital status,blood pressure control,number of chronic diseases,medication compliance,physical status and social support were the main factors affecting the frailty of elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions(P<0.01).Conclusion:The incidence of frailty in elderly hypertensive patients is relatively high in elderly care institutions in Chengdu.It is necessary to strengthen the intervention of frailty in elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions,and play the role of social support to improve their quality of life.
