江苏省人均卫生费用关联度分析

Correlation Analysis of Per Capita Health Expenditure in Jiangsu Province

目的:结合2002-2018年的数据,对江苏省人均卫生费用进行关联度分析,为江苏省卫生事业的可持续发展提供相关建议。方法:采用改进的熵权-灰色关联分析法对人均卫生费用的影响因素进行关联度分析。结果:经济因素与人均卫生费用关联程度最强,其中人均GDP与其相关度最高;社会人口因素中,居民受教育水平因素关联程度较大;卫生资源及医疗服务相关因素关联程度较大,其中住院病人人均医疗费相关度最强,其次是每千人口床位数,再次是政府卫生支出比例的影响且为负向影响。结论:省政府应优化产业结构,促进经济发展;加强卫生支出投入,拓宽筹资渠道,提高资源配置效率;促进预防服务的发展,完善医疗服务供方的补偿机制,积极引导人均卫生费用健康、可持续、合理增长。

Objective:To analyze the correlation degree of per capita health expenditure in Jiangsu province based on the data from 2002 to 2018,so as to provide relevant suggestions for the sustainable development of health services in Jiangsu province.Methods:The improved entropy weight-grey relational analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of per capita health expenditure.Results:Economic factors had the strongest correlation with per capita health expenditure,among which per capita GDP had the highest correlation.Among social and demographic factors,the education level of residents had a greater correlation.Health resources and medical services had a greater correlation,among which the per capita medical expenditure of inpatients had the largest correlation,followed by the number of beds per 1000 persons,and then the negative impact of the proportion of the government health expenditure.Conclusion:The provincial government should optimize the industrial structure,promote economic development,strengthen the investment in health expenditure,broaden financing channels,improve the efficiency of resource allocation,promote the development of prevention services,improve the compensation mechanism of medical service providers,and actively guide the healthy,sustainable and reasonable growth of per capita health expenditure.
