基于TOPSIS与RSR模糊联合法的安徽省2016-2019年护理质量综合评价

Evaluation of Nursing Quality in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2019 Based on TOPSIS and RSR with Fuzzy Combined Method

目的:对安徽省2016-2019年护理质量进行综合评价,为进一步优化护理人力资源配置、改善护理质量提供科学的决策依据。方法:运用TOPSIS法、RSR法以及二者模糊联合方法,结合国家护理质量数据平台中的15项护理指标,对安徽省2016-2019年护理质量进行评价。结果:3种质量评价方法结果均显示安徽省2016-2019年护理质量整体呈下降趋势。RSR法评价结果为2016年护理质量最好(RSR=0.817),2018年护理质量最差(RSR=0.508);TOPSIS法评价结果为2016年护理质量最好(C 1=0.7899),2019年护理质量最差(C 4=0.1025),与二者模糊联合结果相一致。结论:TOPSIS与RSR模糊联合法进行综合评价,能较为全面、合理、客观地反映护理质量情况。

Objective:To evaluate comprehensively the nursing quality of Anhui province from 2016-2019,so as to provide scientific decision basis for optimizing nursing human resource allocation and improving nursing quality.Methods:Using TOPSIS method,RSR method and fuzzy combination of the above two integrated with 15 nursing indicators in the China National Database of Nursing Quality,the nursing quality in Anhui province from 2016-2019 was evaluated.Results:The overall nursing quality in Anhui province showed a downward trend from 2016-2019 by three methods of quality evaluation.Under RSR method,the results of nursing quality evaluation were the best(RSR=0.817)in 2016 and in 2018 were the worst(RSR=0.508).Under TOPSIS method,the results of nursing quality evaluation were the best(C 1=0.7899)in 2016 and in 2019 were the worst(C 4=0.1025),which were consistent with the results of fuzzy combination of the above two.Conclusion:TOPSIS and RSR fuzzy combined method can reflect the evaluation of nursing quality comprehensively,reasonably and objectively.
