河南省某高校本科护生职业价值观、伦理敏感性与护理伦理决策能力的相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation among Professional Values,Ethical Sensitivity and Ethical Decision-making of Undergraduate Nursing Students from an University in Henan Province

目的:调查在校护理本科生的护理伦理决策能力现状,并探讨职业价值观、伦理敏感性与护理伦理决策能力的关系,检验职业价值观是否在伦理敏感性和护理伦理决策能力之间起中介作用。方法:选取河南省某高校护理学院316名在校本科生为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷以及汉化版护理伦理决策能力问卷、伦理敏感性问卷和护士职业价值观量表进行问卷调查。结果:在校本科护生护理伦理决策能力得分为(279.15±15.53)。伦理敏感性(r=0.332,P<0.001)和职业价值观(r=0.383,P<0.001)与护理伦理决策能力呈正相关。职业价值观在伦理敏感性与护理伦理决策能力之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应量为33.4%。结论:在校本科护生的护理伦理决策能力呈中等水平,需进一步提升。职业价值观在伦理敏感性与护理伦理决策能力之间起到部分中介作用,增强护生的伦理敏感性和职业价值观有助于提高其护理伦理决策能力。

Objective:To investigate the status of ethical decision-making of undergraduate nursing students,explore the correlation among professional values,ethical sensitivity and ethical decision-making,and identify whether professional values has a mediating effect between ethical sensitivity and ethical decision-making.Methods:A total of 316 undergraduate nursing students from a nursing school of a Henan based university were selected and investigated with the general information questionnaire,the Chinese-versions of Judgements about Nursing Decisions(JAND)questionnaire,Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire and Nursing Professional Values Scale.Results:The score of JAND was(279.15±15.53).There was positively correlation between ethical sensitivity(r=0.332,P<0.001),professional values(r=0.383,P<0.001)and ethical decision-making.Professional values had part of mediating effect between ethical sensitivity and ethical decision-making,and the mediating effect size was 33.4%.Conclusion:The ethical decision-making of undergraduate nursing students is at a moderate level,which needs to be further improved.Professional values have part of incomplete mediating effect between ethical sensitivity and ethical decision-making.Enhancing undergraduate nursing students'ethical sensitivity and professional values is helpful to improve their ethical decision-making.
