摘要
目的:了解贵州省县级公立医院医务人员获得感现状及影响因素,为提升医务人员获得感提供建议。方法:采用分层随机抽样法,对贵州省35县市63家公立医院医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:1969份有效问卷中,医务人员获得感均分为(3.87±0.64)分,均分最高与最低的维度分别是职业操守(4.63±0.52)以及职业认同(3.57±0.96)。多重线性回归分析显示县级中医院的获得感得分高于县级综合医院,医生获得感得分低于护士、医技人员,获得感得分随学历增加逐渐降低。结论:县级公立医院医务人员获得感居于比较满意水平,建议合理配置医务人员数量,降低工作负荷;改善医务人员职业环境,提高职业认同感。
Objective:To investigate the sense of gain of medical staff and influencing factors in county public hospitals of Guizhou province,and to provide suggestions for improving sense of gain of medical staff.Methods:Stratified random sampling were used to select medical staff from 63 counties in Guizhou province to conduct questionnaire surveys.Results:A total of 1969 valid questionnaires were obtained,the total medical staff's sense of gain was an average score of(3.87±0.64),the highest and lowest dimensions of equalization were professional conduct(4.63±0.52)and occupational identity.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the score of county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals'sense of gain was higher than the county-level general hospitals,and the score of sense of gain of doctors was lower than that of nurses and medical technicians,with the increased of the score of academic qualifications,the score of sense of gain decreased.Conclusion:The medical staff in county-level public hospitals are at a relatively satisfactory level.It is recommended that the number of medical staff is reasonably allocated to reduce the workload,the professional environment of medical staff should be improved and the sense of professional identity should be improved.
