摘要
采用LDAR检测技术对某石油化工企业的密封点泄漏情况进行数据分析,通过对比分析芳烃抽提装置(AEU)、丙烯腈(AN)、聚丙烯(PP)三个装置的阀门、法兰、连接件、开口管线、泄压装置等密封组件的平均泄漏数值和泄漏率,研究不同化工装置由产品介质、操作参数和工艺引起的差异。法兰、开口管线、连接件等组件的平均泄漏数值较高,并且泄漏率较高的组件也为法兰、开口管线、连接件。在化工装置建设设计阶段,应重点提高法兰、连接件等组件的密封技术要求;针对已建成化工装置,对重点泄漏单元搭建在线泄漏点监测系统,进行实时监测和堵漏返修。
LDAR detection technology was used to analyze the leakage data of sealing points in a petrochemical enterprise.By comparing and analyzing the average leakage value and leakage rate of valve,flange,connector,open pipeline,pressure relief device and other sealing components of aromatic extraction unit(AEU),acrylonitrile(an)and polypropylene(PP),the differences caused by product medium,operating parameters and process of different chemical plants were studied.The average leakage value of flange,open pipeline and connector was higher,and the components with higher leakage rate were flange,open pipeline and connector.During the construction and design stage of chemical equipment,the sealing technology requirements of flanges,connectors and other components should be improved.Aiming at the chemical plant,the key leakage unit was built with on-line leakage point monitoring system,and the real-time monitoring and repair of leakage blocking were carried out.
