基于数据挖掘分析已上市中成药治疗糖尿病及其微血管并发症的用药规律

Analysis on Medication Laws of Listed Chinese Patent Medicines for Treatment of Diabetes and Microvascular Complications Based on Data Mining

目的基于数据挖掘分析总结已上市中成药治疗糖尿病及其微血管并发症的用药规律。方法通过中成药价值评估信息数据库收集目前治疗糖尿病及其并发症的已上市中成药,应用关联规则、网络分析等方法分析药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与网络核心药物组合。结果治疗糖尿病及其微血管并发症的中成药共102种,其中治疗糖尿病92种,治疗糖尿病微血管并发症10种。药品类别主要为扶正剂,其次为祛瘀剂、清热剂;频次最高的中药为黄芪。92种治疗糖尿病的中成药中,常用药对为天花粉-黄芪、生地黄-黄芪。4种治疗糖尿病神经病变的中成药中,主要药物为黄芪、丹参、川芎、赤芍,频次最高的药对为丹参-黄芪。结论目前我国已上市中成药治疗糖尿病及其微血管并发症以扶正为主,其次治以活血、清热法,常用药物为黄芪。

Objective To analyze and summarize the medication laws of listed Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diabetes and microvascular complications based on the method of data mining.Methods Collect the current marketed Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of diabetes and its complications from the database for value evaluation of Chinese patent medicine,and use association rules and network analysis methods to analyze the frequency of medicines,the frequency of medicine combinations,the association rules and the network core drug combinations.Results Among 102 kinds of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diabetes and its microvascular complications,92 kinds were for diabetes,and 10 kinds were for diabetic microvascular complications.102 kinds of Chinese patent medicine are mainly strengthening body agent,followed by stasis-reducing agent and heat-clearing agent;the Chinese materia medica with the highest frequency was Astragali Radix.Among the 92 kinds of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diabetes,the commonly used pairs were Trichosanthes-Astragali Radix and Rehmanniae Radix-Astragali Radix.Among the four kinds of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy,Astragali Radix,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and Paeoniae Radix Rubra were mainly involved,and the most frequently used medicinal pair was Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Astragali Radix.Conclusion Diabetes and its microvascular complications are treated mainly by strengthening body,followed by the treatment of promoting blood circulation and clearing away heat,and Astragali Radix is the most commonly used in Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diabetes and its microvascular complications.
