摘要
隔膜泵作为输送浆体的关键设备,在生产工艺中起着重要作用。一些具有腐蚀性浆体的输送需要对隔膜泵过流部分进行防腐处理或选择耐腐蚀材料,特别是腐蚀性强的介质对隔膜泵的防腐性提出了更高的要求。对金属材料腐蚀性较强的盐酸等强酸性浆体,一般金属无法满足耐蚀要求,而能够满足耐蚀要求的金属其成本十分高昂,不适合隔膜泵设备使用。本文将防腐性能比较突出的衬胶防腐技术与传统隔膜泵缓冲装置结构相结合,开发一种内衬防腐隔膜泵进出料缓冲结构,能够解决含强酸的腐蚀性浆体输送的难题。
As the key equipment of slurry transportation,diaphragm pump plays an important role in the production process.For the transportation of corrosive slurry,it is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment for the overflow part of diaphragm pump or select anti-corrosion materials,especially for the medium with strong corrosiveness.For hydrochloric acid and other strong acid pastes with strong corrosivity to metal materials,the general metal can not meet the corrosion resistance requirements,and the metal that can meet the corrosion resistance requirements has high cost,which is not suitable for diaphragm pump equipment.In this paper,the rubber lining anti-corrosion technology with outstanding anti-corrosion performance is combined with the traditional diaphragm pump buffer structure,and a kind of anti-corrosion lining diaphragm pump inlet and outlet buffer structure is developed,which can solve the problem of corrosive slurry transportation with strong acid.
