摘要
FF总线仪表是目前国际最流行的总线型智能仪表,它与传统的智能仪表相比,在内部增加了PID控制、逻辑运算以及自诊断等功能,极大地方便了使用者的现场应用及故障处理。本文主要介绍了FF总线仪表在铜冶炼项目DeltaV DCS系统的应用过程,以及如何应用AMS设备管理系统对FF仪表进行管理和设备故障处理。
FF bus instrument is currently the most popular bus-type intelligent instrument in the world.Compared with traditional intelligent instrument,it has internal functions such as PID control,logic operation and self-diagnosis.It greatly facilitates the user’s on-site application and troubleshooting.This article mainly introduces the application process of FF bus instrument in the DeltaV DCS system of copper smelting project,and how to use AMS equipment management system to manage FF instrument and deal with equipment failure.
