摘要 利用对苯二甲酸二丁酯作为增塑剂,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行了改性。研究发现,增塑剂的含量在很大程度上影响着聚氯乙烯的性能。当对苯二甲酸二丁酯的质量分数由10%增加至50%时,PVC的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量和耐磨损性能下降,冲击强度、断裂伸长率和亲水性得到改善。实验结果表明,当对苯二甲酸二丁酯的质量分数为30%时,相应的聚氯乙烯样品(PVC3)的综合性能最为优异,拉伸强度为30 MPa,拉伸弹性模量为2.1 GPa、断裂伸长率为112%,缺口冲击强度为8.5 kJ/m2,磨损实验的质量保持率为90.7%,水接触角为75°,吸水率为0.36%。另外,对苯二甲酸二丁酯质量分数为30%的改性PVC在–30~40℃区间范围内,力学性能并未出现明显降低,表现出了优异的耐高低温性能。 Dibutyl terephthalate was used as plasticizer to modify polyvinyl chloride(PVC).It is found that the content of plasticizer affects the properties of PVC to a great extent.When the mass fraction of dibutyl terephthalate increase from 10%to 50%,the tensile strength,elastic modulus and wear resistance of PVC decrease,while the impact strength,elongation at break and hydrophilicity are improved.The results show that when the mass fraction of dibutyl terephthalate is 30%,the comprehensive properties of the corresponding PVC sample(PVC3)are the best,the tensile strength is 30 MPa,the elastic modulus is 2.1 GPa,the elongation at break is 112%,the impact strength is 8.5 kJ/m^(2),the mass retention rate of the wear experiment is 90.7%,the water contact angle is 75°,and the water absorption rate is 0.36%.In addition,the mechanical properties of the mass fraction of dibutyl terephthalate is 30%(PVC3)in the range of–30–40℃does not decrease significantly,showing excellent high and low temperature resistance.
