具有多种脱模结构的汽车灯罩精密模具设计

Precision Mold Design of Automobile Lampshade with Various Demoulding Structures

按照汽车灯罩的结构和外观要求,设计了一款精密塑料模具。运用热流道与冷流道相结合的进料系统,从产品内表面浇注,解决了产品外表面不允许有注塑缺陷的问题;针对产品边缘有一个分叉的特征,通过采用油缸带动定模斜抽芯进行脱模,在两板模的基础上解决定模斜抽芯的抽芯问题;采用组合式斜顶结构形式,通过将动模斜顶座的滑槽做成斜面,解决了产品上螺柱孔倾斜角度较大的脱模问题;采用“隔片式水井”水路与一条“直通式”水路相结合的形式,建立了冷却效果良好的水路;在动、定模镶件上设计凸凹台,加强了模具的定位精度。

According to the structure and appearance requirements of automobile lampshade,a kind of precision plastic mold was designed.The feeding system combining hot runner and cold runner was used to inject glue from the inner surface of the product,so that the defect of injection molding is not allowed on the outer surface of the product was solved.Aiming at the feature that the edge of the product has a bifurcate,by using the cylinder to drive the fixed die oblique core-pulling for demoulding,on the basis of two plate die to achieve the fixed die oblique core-pulling problem.By using the reinforced inclined top structure,the sliding groove of the moving die inclined top seat is made into an inclined plane,which solves the demoulding problem of the large inclined angle of the stud hole on the product.A waterway with good cooling effect is established by the combination of“separated well”waterway and a“straight through”waterway.Convex and concave tables are designed on moving and fixed die inserts to enhance the positioning accuracy of the die.
