摘要
某电厂330 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉屏式高温再热器发生泄漏故障,通过对泄漏爆口进行宏观形貌、微观组织等检测试验,结合再热器结构布置、流量偏差、温度偏差及膨胀因素等进行分析,认为管屏热偏差是造成再热器超温泄漏的主要原因。提出了热力偏差管敷设耐磨耐火材料增加热阻、合理调整运行参数等处理建议。
The platen high temperature reheater of a 330 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler in a power plant has a leakage failure.Through the macroscopic appearance and microstructure detecting test of the leakage explosion,combined with the reheater structure layout,flow deviation,temperature deviation and expansion factors,it is considered that the tube platen thermal deviation is the main cause of reheater overtemperature leakage.Some suggestions are put forward,such as laying wear-resistant refractory materials on thermal deviation pipes to increase thermal resistance and adjusting operating parameters reasonably.
