Rope skipping is based on traditional skipping and incorporates many modern elements,making it more interesting,entertaining,fitness,and ornamental.It is a sport that junior high school students like very much.This article uses investigation method,experiment method,literature method and case method to discuss how to do a good job in the teaching of trick rope skipping in the junior high school physical education classroom,hoping to bring some help to related work.
