班级是学校教学活动的基础单位。班级管理水平的高低,对学生是否能够实现身心协调发展,是否能够有效落实教育和教学的各项任务有着重要的影响。班主任是班级管理的“领头羊”,在教育教学发展新形势下,班级管理工作面临着诸多新的挑战。基于此,本文主要从教育管理态度、家校沟通、民主管理、教育活动等几个方面,探究了小学班主任班级管理创新与实践的策略。

Classes are the basic units of school teaching activities.The level of class management has an important impact on whether students can achieve coordinated physical and mental development,and whether they can effectively implement various tasks in education and teaching.The head teacher is the"leader"of class management.Under the new situation of education and teaching development,class management is facing many new challenges.Based on this,this article explores the innovative and practical strategies of the primary school class teacher’s class management from the aspects of educational management attitude,home-school communication,democratic management,and educational activities.
