摘要
班主任负责班级的组织与管理,班主任的管理行为影响着学生德、智、体、美、劳等素质的发展,并对学生未来的成长产生深远影响。目前,在小学班级管理工作中,由于多方面因素的影响,传统的管理方式占据主导、学生课堂参与感弱、班级氛围不浓等问题比较突出。对此,班主任应明确自身职责,创新工作方式,优化班级氛围,丰富班级实践活动,为学生的健康成长创造良好的班级环境。
The head teacher is responsible for the organization and management of the class.The management behavior of the head teacher affects the development of students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor qualities,and has a profound impact on the future growth of students.At present,in elementary school class management,due to the influence of many factors,traditional management methods dominate,students’sense of classroom participation is weak,and the class atmosphere is not strong.In this regard,the class teacher should clarify his own responsibilities,innovate working methods,optimize the class atmosphere,enrich class practice activities,and create a good class environment for the healthy growth of students.
