慢性炎症与非AIDS相关性合并症的研究进展

Research progress on chronic inflammation and non-AIDS related comorbidities

随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗的应用,HIV/AIDS患者机会性感染或肿瘤的发病率显著下降,预期寿命已逐渐接近普通人群。但随之而来的是与年龄相关的合并症越来越受到临床医生的注意,称为非AIDS相关性合并症,这些合并症在老年HIV/AIDS患者中尤为明显。除了传统的危险因素外,HIV感染所导致的慢性炎症和免疫激活发挥着重要的作用,本文就慢性炎症和免疫激活在HIV感染者中常见的非AIDS相关性合并症的作用进行综述。

With the application of highly effective anti-retroviral therapy,the incidence of opportunistic infections or tumors in HIV/AIDS patients has dropped significantly,and life expectancy has gradually approached the general population.But what followed is that age-related comorbidities have attracted more and more attention from clinicians,which are called non-AIDS-related comorbidities,especially obvious in elderly HIV/AIDS patients.In addition to traditional risk factors,chronic inflammation and immune activation caused by HIV infection play an important role.This article reviews the role of chronic inflammation and immune activation that are common non-AIDS-related comorbidities in HIVinfected patients.
