系统化喂养行为干预对早产儿神经系统发育和体格发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价系统化喂养行为干预对早产儿神经系统发育和体格发育的影响效果。方法选择2016年3月—2017年1月本院新生儿科收治的早产儿77例及他们的母亲77位作为研究对象。按随机数表法分为对照组(37例)和实验组(40例)两组。对照组母亲给予常规的早产儿护理措施;实验组母亲给予系统化喂养行为干预。比较两组早产儿母亲出院时的喂养知识和技能,比较两组早产儿在校正2月龄和4月龄的神经系统发育和体格发育指标。结果干预后实验组早产儿母亲出院时的喂养知识和技能得分高于对照组(t=35.818,P=0.000)。实验组早产儿在校正2月龄时的大动作、社交行为和总发育商得分高于对照组(t=2.020,3.137,2.448,P<0.05)。实验组早产儿在校正4月龄时的大动作、精细动作、适应能力、语言发育、社交行为和总发育商得分均高于对照组(t=2.644,3.914,3.121,2.107,4.080,4.849,P<0.05)。实验组早产儿在校正2月龄时的头围高于对照组(t=2.098,P=0.039)。实验组早产儿在校正4月龄时的体重、身长和头围均高于对照组(t=2.088,3.060,2.171,P<0.05)。结论系统化喂养行为干预可以提高早产儿母亲的喂养行为能力,可以促进早产儿神经系统发育和体格发育。 Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic feeding behavior intervention on nervous system development and physical development of premature infants.Methods 77 premature infants and 77 mothers those admitted to the department of neonatology of the hospital during the period from March 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled as study subjects and they were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and experimental group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures for premature infants,while the experimental group was given systematic feeding behavior intervention.The feeding knowledge and skills of mothers of premature infants were compared between the two groups.The neurological and physical development indexes of the two groups were compared at the age of 2 months and 4 months.Results After the intervention,the score of feeding knowledge and skills of mothers of preterm infants in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(t=35.818,P=0.000).The scores of major movement,social behavior and total development quotient of preterm infants in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the age of 2 months(t=2.020,3.137,2.448,P<0.05).The scores of big movement,fine movement,adaptability,language,social behavior and total development quotient of preterm infants in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the age of 4 months(t=2.644,3.914,3.121,2.107,4.080,4.849,P<0.05).The head circumference of preterm infants in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at the age of 2 months(t=2.098,P=0.039).The weight,length and head circumference of preterm infants in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the age of 4 months(t=2.088,3.060,2.171,P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic feeding behavior intervention could improve the feeding behavior ability of mothers of premature infants,and promote the nervous system development and physical development of premature infants.
