人文关怀联合择优集成四化护理模式对手足口病患儿治疗依从性和护理质量的影响

Influence of humanistic care combined with integrated nursing mode of four modernizations on treatment compliance and nursing quality of child patients with hand foot mouth disease

目的探讨人文关怀联合择优集成四化护理模式对手足口病患儿治疗依从性和护理质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月本院收治的98例手足口病患儿为研究对象,将患儿按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各49例。对照组给予人文关怀联合常规护理干预,观察组给予人文关怀联合择优集成四化护理模式。对两组患儿的症状消退时间、治疗依从性、护理质量、家属满意度进行对比分析。结果干预后,观察组患儿发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间、咽峡红肿消退时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的用药依从率、行为依从率、运动依从率、饮食依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的护理质量包括消毒隔离、健康教育、危重护理、护理文书书写质量方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属总满意率(91.84%)高于对照组(73.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀联合择优集成四化护理模式对手足口病患儿护理干预效果显著,能够改善患儿的治疗依从性,缩短患儿的症状消退时间和住院时间,提升护理质量,改善家属的护理满意度,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the influence of humanistic care combined with integrated nursing mode of four modernizations on treatment compliance and nursing quality of child patients with hand foot mouth disease.Methods 98 cases of child patients with hand foot mouth disease those who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selectedas the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases per group.The control group was given humanistic care combined with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given humanistic care combined with integrated nursing mode of four modernizations.The symptoms subsided time,treatment compliance,nursing quality,satisfactionoffamily members in the two groups were statistically compared.Results Fever subsided time,herpes subsided time,sore throat swelling subsided time,hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Medication compliance rate,behavior compliance rate,exercise compliance rate,diet compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality including disinfection and isolation,health education,critical care,quality of nursing documentsin the observation groupwere higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 91.84%,which was higher than 73.47% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing intervention effect of humanistic care combined with integrated nursing mode of four modernizations on childpatients with hand foot mouth disease is significant,it could improve the treatment compliance of childpatients,shorten the symptom regression time and hospitalization time of childpatients,improve the quality of nursing,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which has certain clinical application value.
