中美经贸摩擦是现阶段影响全球新兴产业转移的重要因素。在探讨中美经贸摩擦对全球产业转移影响机理的基础上,从转移形式、转移内容、转移格局以及存在问题等维度分析中美经贸摩擦对国际新兴产业转移的影响特点,并借鉴发达国家历次全球产业转移浪潮的典型经验。提出中国需要强化关键核心技术攻关、强化对国际规则的研究、强化“引进—消化—吸收—再创新”的发展路径、强化自主创新自信提升原始创新能力。

The economic and trade frictions between China and America is an important factor that affects the transfer of global emerging industries at this stage.Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of economic and trade frictions between China and America on global industrial transfer,this paper analyzes the impact characteristics of economic and trade frictions between China and America on international emerging industrial transfer from the aspects of transfer form,transfer content,transfer pattern and existing problems,and draws on the typical experience of previous global industrial transfer waves in developed countries,and puts forward that China needs to strengthen the key core technology research,strengthen research on international rules,strengthen the development path of“introduction-digestion-absorption-re-innovation”,strengthen self-confidence in independent innovation and improve original innovation ability.
