摘要
通过对高高原机场运行特点分析,从环境、地形、气象以及人员状态等方面分别讨论,找到高高原机场管制员排班的各影响因素以及相关解决办法,并根据《民用航空空中交通管理规则(CCAR-93-R5)》中对管制员执勤时间要求,采用人员定额计算的方法,计算得到管制单位最少执勤人员数,建立排班模型,并使用LINGO.12软件对模型进行训练。以A机场的相关数据进行实例验证,为其管制人员做为期一个月的排班计划。结果表明该模型适用于高高原机场管制员排班。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the high plateau airport operation from environment,terrain,weather,and status of personnel were discussed and find the high plateau airport controllers and scheduling of all the factors and related solutions,and according to the rules of civil aviation air traffic management(CCAR-93-R5)for the controller on duty time requirement,the personnel quota calculation method,to calculate the control unit at least on duty personnel number,scheduling model is set up,and use LINGO.12 software to model of training,with A airport related data for example,for the controller to do A month of scheduling plan.The results show that the model is suitable for the scheduling of high altitude airport controllers.
