摘要 为了研究浅埋薄基岩煤层工作面在采动影响下覆岩的垮落过程和移动规律,利用相似模拟试验和理论分析,对某矿42112工作面回采过程中的顶板垮落情况和来压规律等进行了分析。根据相似模拟试验得到的结果,该工作面直接顶初次垮落步距27.5 m,基本顶初次来压步距35 m,初次破断时出现了非对称三角拱,来压迅猛,矿压显现剧烈,此后工作面出现周期来压,大小周期来压步距交替出现,步距分别为16 m和13 m,周期来压过程中出现台阶下沉。根据理论分析,42112工作面顶板岩块以发生滑落失稳为主。该试验结果可对工作面安全、高效生产过程提供一定的借鉴和指导。 In order to study the collapse process and movement law of the overlying rock under the influence of mining in a shallow-buried thin bedrock coal seam,similar simulation tests and theoretical analysis are used to analyze the roof collapse during the mining of 42112 working face in a mine.The law of pressure was analyzed.According to the simulation tests,the initial caving step of the direct roof of this working face is 27.5 m,and the initial stepping of the base roof is 35 m.An asymmetrical triangular arch appeared during the initial breakage.After that,the working face appeared to be pressed periodically,and the steps of the large and small periods were alternately.The steps were 16 m and 13 m,respectively,and the step sinking occurred during the period of pressing.According to theoretical analysis,the roof rock block of the 42112 working face is mainly caused by slipping and instability.The test results can provide a certain reference and guidance for the safe and efficient production process of the working face.
