摘要
针灸作为一种传统而有效的中医疗法,现已广泛应用于临床。随着对针刺机理的不断探索,已有研究表明热休克蛋白(heat shock prtein,HSP)与针刺发挥作用机制有关。在神经系统疾病中,针刺可通过HSP70、HSP90增强抗氧化能力、减轻氧化反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡,发挥神经保护作用。在心血管系统疾病中,针刺可通过HSP70、HSP90防止脂多糖诱导的功能障碍、减少心肌梗死面积、改善缺血再灌注损伤的恢复。在消化系统疾病中,针刺可诱导HSP70表达上调,减轻胃黏膜损伤。此外,在免疫系统疾病中,针刺还可通过HSP60、HSP70介导抗原递呈,诱导免疫应答,增强细胞或机体耐受能力等,发挥抗炎、镇痛等作用。本文通过总结热休克蛋白的生物性质、功能以及针刺对于热休克蛋白的影响,对针刺调控热休克蛋白治疗内科诸证做以概述,为阐释针灸疗法的作用机制提供一定依据。
As a traditional Chinese medicine therapy,acupuncture has been widely used in clinical practice.With the continuous exploration of acupuncture mechanism,studies have shown that heat shock protein(HSP)is related to the mechanism of acupuncture.In nervous system diseases,acupuncture can enhance antioxidant capacity,reduce oxidative reaction,inhibit neuronal apoptosis through HSP70 and Hsp90,and play a neuroprotective role.In cardiovascular diseases,acupuncture can prevent the dysfunction induced by lipopolysaccharide,reduce the area of myocardial infarction and improve the recovery of ischemia-reperfusion injury through HSP70 and Hsp90.In digestive system diseases,acupuncture can induce up regulation of HSP70 expression and reduce gastric mucosal injury.In addition,in immune system diseases,acupuncture can also mediate antigen presentation through HSP60 and HSP70,induce immune response,enhance cell or body tolerance,and play anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.This article summarizes the biological properties and functions of heat shock proteins and the effects of acupuncture on heat shock proteins,and summarizes the medical syndromes of acupuncture regulation of heat shock proteins to provide a basis for explaining the mechanism of acupuncture therapy.
