中国第七次和第六次体育场地普查指标体系对比研究

A Comparative Study of the Seventh and Sixth Census of Sports Venues in China

基于我国第7次和第6次体育场地普查资料,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实地考察法和对比分析法,对我国5年间两次体育场地普查指标体系5变化进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)对比“6普”,“7普”登记表变化明显,表格分类特点突出,通用指标和专用指标数量减少,普查项目类型多样化,去除了大型体育场馆单独设表方式,所属行业系统类别简化,普查手册指导性增强;(2)探索其中变化的原因:体育强国政策性驱动、体育赛事承办力增强、全民健身持续性推动、体育产业全方位提升;(3)基于变化原因,提出进一步完善的建议:建立体育场地实时更新上报系统、增设体育场地使用情况统计指标、设置体育场地管理人员信息统计、增加体育场地安全环保检查指标。

By using the methods of literature review,mathematical,field and comparati--ve to analyse The change of the seventh and sixth census of sports venues in China in five years.The result show that(1)compared with“the sixnth census”,“the seventh ce--nsus”changed on registration form,table classification clear,the types of venues are more varied,remove separate tables for large stadiums,industry category simplified,ce--nsus manual guidance enhancement;(2)The reasons for the change are mainly as foll--ows:sports powerful country policy,sports event undertaking ability,national fitness promotion,the position of sports industry is stable;(3)the advice is establishment of re--al-time reporting system,Increasing the use of stadiums,manager information,suppor-ting services,safety and environmental protection inspection requirements.
