瑜伽运动结合悦性食物对高校女生身心健康的影响

摘要 目的:探究瑜伽运动对高校女性身体形态、身体素质、心理健康的影响。方法:从华东理工大学瑜伽社招募50名志愿者,进行18周的Yoga运动锻炼,实验开始和结束进行了测试后分别记录各项测试指标,包括身体形态指标(体重、大腿围、腰围、体脂重量、去脂重量、体脂百分比、体重指数、腰臀比和皮下脂肪量)、身体素质指标(肺活量、心率、肌力、仰卧起坐、台阶测试、坐位体前屈、闭目单足站立和立定跳远)和心理健康因子(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、焦虑和抑郁),比较锻炼前后各项指标。结果:50名女大学生锻炼前与锻炼后相比,除了肌力及骨密度两项指标无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其他指标有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:长期规律的Yoga运动锻炼可以改善高校女生身体形态、提高身体素质和心理健康水平。 Objective:To explore the effects of Yoga on female college students’body shape,physical qualities and mental health.The various indexes were recorded before and after the experiment.Methods:Fifty female students were selected from Ecust.And they all participate in the 18-week Yoga exercises.The body index were recorded and compared before and after the experiment,such as body shape index(body weight,thigh circumference,waist circumference,body fat weight,fat free weight,percent of body fat,body mass index,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat content),physique index(vital capacity,heart rate,muscle strength,sit-ups,step test,sit and reach,stand on a leg eye closed test and standing long jump)and mental health index(somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,photic anxiety,paranoid anxiety,psychoticism).Results:As for fifty female college students,before and after the experiment,the differences of bone mineral density and muscle strength were not significant(P>0.05).However,the differences of other indexes were all very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results indicated that long-term regular Yoga exercise can effectively improve the body shape,physical qualities and mental health of female college students.
