我国体育教师专业标准研究进展透视 被引量:1

Perspective on the Research Progress of Professional Standards of Physical Education Teachers in China

摘要 为了给我国体育教师专业标准的制订工作提供一个清晰的理论参考,主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国已有的研究进行综述,研究主要从体育教师专业标准的国外研究现状、框架结构、制订程序方法、以及特殊体育教师专业标准研究等方面进行展开。结论如下:国外体育教师专业标准贯穿体育教师的整个职业生涯;专业标准框架维度,国内外不尽一致;专业标准制订主体,国外以专业学术组织和专家为主;特殊体育教师专业标准作为体育教师专业标准体系的组成部分,我国还未开展此标准的研制工作。建议尽快组织专家展开体育教师专业标准的研制工作,确定专业标准框架,充分发挥教育行政部门和专业学术组织的合力,积极推进体育教师专业标准的研制和推广使用进程。 This study provides a clearly theoretical reference for the development of professional standard of physical education teachers.And using document method,logic analysis and comparative analysis,this paper summarizes the researches before.The study is carried out from present situation,frame,procedure and the special professional standards of physical education teachers.The results are as follows:the professional standards of physical education teachers run through their career;the frame of professional standards is different at home and abroad;academic organizations and experts are the main body for formulating the standards.As part of the professional standard system of the physical education teachers,the professional standard of the special physical education teachers is the main part of the professional standard system of the physical education teachers,and the development of this standard has not been carried out in our country.It is suggested to organize experts as soon as possible to carry out the development of the professional standard of the physical education teachers,determine the professional standard framework,give full play to the total force of the educational administration department and the professional academic organization,and actively promote the development of the professional standard of the physical education teachers and promote the use process.
