五味消毒饮对奶牛夏季隐性乳房炎的疗效、生产性能和安全性评价 被引量:5

Curative Effect,Production Performance and Safety Evaluation of Wuwei Disinfection Drink on Subclinical Mastitis Dairy Cows in Summer

摘要 选用夏季患有隐性乳房炎泌乳荷斯坦奶牛12头,随机均分为对照组和给药组,给药组日粮添加120 g/(头·d)的五味消毒饮(包含金银花40%,蒲公英15%,野菊花15%,紫花地丁15%和紫背天葵15%)。加利福尼亚州乳房炎试验(CMT)检测结果表明,给药组在用药7 d和14 d治愈率分别为66.67%和83.33%;生产性能指标结果显示,第14天给药组平均日产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验期间,给药组乳脂率和乳蛋白有改善趋势(P>0.05);安全性评价显示,给药组奶牛的肝、肾功能指标正常。本试验为生产上解决夏季奶牛隐性乳房炎问题提供了参考依据。 In summer,12 subclinical mastitis dairy cows were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was supplemented with 120 g/(head•day)of Wuwei disinfection drink(honeysuckle 40%,dandelions 15%,wild chrysanthemums 15%,purple flowers 15%,and purple sunflower seeds 15%).California mastitis test(CMT)showed that the cure rates of the experimental group on day 7 and day 14 were 66.67%and 83.33%,respectively.In terms of production performance indicators,the average daily milk production of the experimental group on day 7 and day 14 was significantly improved when compared with the control group(P<0.05),but the milk fat rate and milk protein had no significant differences(P>0.05).Safety evaluation showed that the addition of Wuwei disinfection drink did not cause changes in liver and kidney function indexes in experimental group.Our findings can provide reference for preventing subclinical mastitis in cows in summer.
